Some of your reviews don't spend much time reviewing pastry. Care to explain?
Yes, although I don't think I care for your tone. In an effort to make a site that is more interesting than the run of the mill review site I write reviews that are humorous, pithy, scandalous, etc. The bakeries I list should be considered exemplary simply by virtue of their inclusion.
You say you only list great bakeries. Does that mean that if a bakery isn't listed, it isn't any good?
Of course not. I haven't had the chance to visit them all. If you know of a great bakery I haven't listed, email me asap.
What's the easiest way to tell a good bakery from a bad bakery?
Good bakeries craft brilliant delicacies using flour and love. Bad bakeries churn out 'product' using dirt and hate.

Yup.
That doesn't seem like a sucessful business plan.
Which is why I don't clutter up my website with reviews of bad bakeries. They'll be out of business soon enough.
