Connecticut: In 2007 Martha Stewart sold her home in Westport, CT. The ad revenue from BakeryBear doesn't quite cover my mortgage.

Maine: The unofficial (yet undisputed) state pastry of ME is the Whoopie Pie.

Massachusetts: In December of 1996 the Boston Cream Pie (a cake) was designated the official state dessert of MA.

New Hampshire: Hike a few of the White Mountains and you just might work off that eclair.

Rhode Island: The state drink of RI is coffee milk. Also, Rhode Islander's call hot dogs 'wieners'. And it makes me giggle like a schoolgirl.

Vermont: The best maple glazed doughnuts are glazed with pure maple syrup heated to 232 degrees and stirred to produce Maple Cream.
