May I suggest this triathlon: Ride a bicycle from wherever you are to Kalmus Beach in Hyannis, MA. Swim approximately 26 miles through cold seal infested waters to Nantucket. Run 3.1 miles to Bartlett Farm Stand.*

Bartlett's Farm Stand Cow Patty Cookie For the ferry ride back home buy yourself a chunky cow patty. A thick moist cow patty. Allow me to clarify. A Cow Patty is cookie. A rich chocolate cookie filled with slivered almonds and dried cherries so that it resembles a… Well, you know. This is one tasty cookie. And I bet it’s even better fresh and steaming out of the oven. Oh come on. Really. Grow up.

Bartlett's Farm Stand Lemon Mousse If the concept of the 'Chocolate Cow Patty' makes you a little squeamish, the pastry case is filled with many other, less farm related, pastries. The Lemon Mousse (pictured) is light, airy, and bursting with bright lemon flavor. The chocolate Pot De Crème is smooth, thick, and has an almost earthy flavor.
