shush down the slopes of the Berkshires. Why do I make the trip? For Cinnamon Rose. She’s plump, smells great, and has a truly intoxicating bottom.
No, I’m not talking about some buxom burlesque show dancer. A cinnamon rose is a sort of cinnamon bun which seems to have been cooked in a muffin pan. The best part? The stump. I know crazy right? Usually a muffin stump makes for good bird food. But here the hot pan has fused cinnamon, sugar, and butter into a holy union of goodness.
Be sure not to miss the Peanut Butter Brownie. A moist and dense brownie with intense chocolate flavor is topped with sweetened peanut butter and stiff
chocolate ganache. These decadent treats are kept stable in a chilled case however I recommend eating them at room temperature (or slightly higher)
to appreciate the full onslaught of flavor.
